It's a pair of earphones? To be plugged into a USB jack? Looks like a stethoscope, doesn't it.
head/earphones to an mp3 player? or were you flying? to connect to the airplane's music?
it is earphones, for the plane. it is just a hollow tube. amazingly you can still adjust the volume! Dont travel with Air China.
