Non-Thai pickpocket gangs

Thai people don’t steal. Really. This sign at Wat Pho (very famous reclining Buddha temple) says it all. -- Monks don’t lie, right?

I was at Wat Pho last year. Didn't see any pickpocket gangs, only lots of Thai touts trying to sell us everything from massages to tuk-tuk rides. Hilarious sign, though. What a qualifier!

Can you imagine something similar in the RapidKL LRT stations? "Caution! Non-Malaysian snatch thieves and pickpockets. Beware of any foreign-looking persons".

I read it backwards, like pickpocket gangs that target non-thai. I dunno.

I got pickpocketed by non-thais at Wat Pho.

Seriously - two guys handed me a camera and their comrade came by and snagged my wallet. Very very slick.
